In order to optimize the security of customers' gold and cash, the head of Naprin Metal LTD takes on responsibility for managing Bullion Vault's system controls and assigning individual duties within the Naprin Metal LTD team and its custody providers.

The company has received management bonds from Naprin Metal LTD in addition to development capital. These bonds are held as cash and gold that is segregated for the benefit of customers. Except in cases of final liquidation, when they are prioritized for repayment over all other customer property, these management bonds are non-refundable.

Therefore, before any Naprin Metal LTD customer suffered any loss as a result of breaches of faith or security on Naprin Metal LTD, the value of equity in the business and this loan would be lost.
